Release &/or Copyright Statement:

Payment of entry fee will be used as your agreement that all materials used in your production, (script, music, visual etc.) have been released and copyright has been obtained. AMTEC is hereby permitted to copy, view, excerpt and screen productions in whole or in part as required for use at the Media Festival and Conference.

If you wish to have your materials returned, please include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage, or pick them up at the conference after the festival.

Submit a separate entry form for each entry.  Please ensure that a completed paper copy of this Registration form accompanies each entry.

A Cheque or money order for $50.00 + GST (or $20.00 + GST for Student entries) must accompany each entry. Cheques should be made payable to: AMTEC2001
